In accordance with the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice, direct sponsorship of healthcare professionals (HCPs) by medical device companies for registration, travel, accommodation, or meals is no longer permitted. However, restricted educational grants may be provided to eligible third-party organizations, which can then offer financial support to HCPs wanting to attend RENEW PCI 2025, taking place on 20–21 November 2025.

What the Grant Covers

• Registration fee
• Accommodation for two nights (Check-in: 19 November, Check-out: 21 November)

Please note: Additional nights are not covered.

Travel reimbursement:

• Up to €100.00 for travel by car or train
• Up to €200.00 for travel by flight

Transfers are not included and will not be reimbursed.

To take advantage of Educational Support, criteria related to health professional category, specialization, facility of affiliation or academic profile will be evaluated.  If multiple applications meet the criteria, a first come, first served policy may be applied.
